Board and ManagersA nine-member board of directors elected by members guides Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative. Directors meet monthly (the last Wednesday of the month) to set policies and operational procedures and to give direction to management in operating Mountrail-Williams Electric. The general manager and staff are responsible for the operation of the distribution system based on those directives. Dale L. Haugen serves as the cooperative's general manager, overseeing a staff of 45 people in three offices. He has held this position since 1991.
