Loan Program

MWEC makes it easier for its members to invest in energy efficient home improvements through its successful Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) Loan program. The loan can be used towards material or installation costs.

Common material costs:

Caulking and weather stripping

Insulation for ceilings, walls and floors

Storm or thermal doors

Common installation costs:

Electric heat pump systems

Electric heating systems installed as a part of load management system

Grain drying equipment

Central or ductless air conditioning

Your loan payment can be automatically deducted from your checking account, along with your electric bill. Contact MWEC today to see if you qualify.
