Levelized Budget BillingMWEC offers Levelized Budget Billing. This program will allow us to recalculate your amount due every month based on the past 12-months bills. If your account has not been in service for 12 months, the number of months it has been in service will be used. You can sign up for Levelized Budget Billing at any time and it works well with the MWEC Pay-By-Bank Program, which conveniently and consistently makes your payment each month.
