Payment Optionse-Bill: Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative is now offering another way to receive and pay your electric bill – over the Internet. All you need to do is click on the e-bill link and sign-up. You will need to provide your account name and an e-bill password. It’s really simple to sign-up and when you do you will have access to charts showing your monthly usage, average daily usage and average daily cost. You will be notified each month by e-mail when your current bill is ready to view. With e-billing, you will have the choice to pay your bill through E-Check, where your payment will transfer from your bank account to MWEC, or you can use your debit/credit card. You can also print out a payment stub, write out a check, and mail it to MWEC. Once you subscribe to e-billing, you will no longer receive a bill by mail. This saves MWEC the time and expense of mailing your bill and will save you time and a stamp each month. To sign up, go to MWEC's e-Bill site. The e-bill tutorial will walk you through the process. If you have questions, please email us at ebill@mwec.com or call us at 701-577-3765 or 800-279-2667. Pay by Bank: The MWEC Pay by Bank program allows you to have your electric payments automatically drafted out of your checking or savings account each month. You will still receive a monthly statement; it will be marked "Do Not Pay - This Bill is Paid Through Bank Deduct." For further information on the MWEC Pay by Bank program, please contact Becky Cornell at 800.279.2667 or e-mail her at bcornell@mwec.com. Mail: If you prefer, mail your payment to:
Drop Off: Your MWEC payment can be dropped off at any of the office locations. An after-business hours drop box is available at each location.
