ERC Loans

For years now, MWEC has offered its members Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) loans. The program is successful because it provides qualified members a loan that can be used for material and labor to install energy conservation measures, such as:

• Caulking and weather-stripping
• Insulation for ceilings, walls, floors, etc.
• Storm or thermal doors

Or the installation of:

• Electric heat pump systems
• Electric heating systems installed as a part of load management system
• Grain drying equipment
• Central or ductless air conditioning
