A. Only residential members may be randomly chosen to receive the email to complete the survey.
However, all other members are eligible to take part in the survey on our website: https://mwec.com/survey *Please note: Account Number is required.

A. We use the information gathered from this survey to measure your satisfaction with MWEC as well as benchmark how we are doing in comparison to cooperatives across the nation. Our goal is to always improve how we serve you, our member-owners.

  A. We estimate the survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

  A. The survey will open on May 20. Members are asked to complete the survey before May 27, 2024. Note: The survey may be extended if additional responses are needed for data collection.

 A. You can complete the survey using any electronic device with internet access, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

  A. Yes. All survey responses are confidential.

 A. Residential members will be selected randomly to participate in the survey, ensuring a fair representation of our membership.  

  A.  Yes. All members are eligible to complete the survey. However, current and former employees and Board members responses will not be included in the final data provided to MWEC.

A. Yes. The survey is available in Spanish and English. Once you enter the survey, you will see a drop-down box at the top of each webpage with both language options.

  A. Because this survey is for MWEC members only, an account number is necessary to confirm membership.
